Tracking

Secure Delivery & Liability

Once your order has been delivered and marked as “delivered” by the carrier, TWB Collections is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and that someone is available to receive your package if required.

Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes:
