Every piece at TWB Collections is created with intention. Due to the nature of our products, we encourage thoughtful purchasing before checkout.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging must be included

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Beauty products (including lip oils, glow oils)
  • Fragrances (perfumes)
  • Sale items

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for apparel items only (e.g., tank tops, clothing), subject to availability.


Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.


Final Note

TWB Collections reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
